Social Media Packages
Your mission is clear—your social media should be, too.
If your nonprofit’s social media presence is inconsistent, out of date, or nonexistent, you’re not alone.
My social media kits and packages are simple, collaborative service designed to help you build a clear, consistent, and professional presence online—with minimal time and effort.
We’ll work together to craft your visual identity and bring it to life online. Plus, you’ll have follow-up support to keep things running smoothly.
Social Media Jumpstart Package
Even with a helpful guide and good tools, many CACs and small nonprofits find that pulling everything together—and making it consistent and sustainable—takes time they don’t have.
This Jumpstart Package gives you expert guidance and hands-on support so you can launch (or refresh) your center’s social media presence with confidence.
-
A mini brand kit, including colors, fonts, and simple style guidance.
Live training on key social media tools.
An editable content calendar with custom post ideas.
A starter post created with you in Canva and scheduled on Buffer or Meta so you can see the process.
Two additional 30-minute consults to troubleshoot or brainstorm as needed.
-
Several services that pair well with this jumpstart package, if your budget allows. For instance:
An updated brochure to carry your new branding into print.
Custom Canva templates to make future posts quick and consistent.
More done-for-your social media content (12 posts/month, billed monthly).
Profile setup on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Branded slide decks for training presentations, board reports, and community talks.

I designed this package to meet the needs of CACs with limited time, staff, and resources for social media.
But it’s also a great fit for:
State chapters supporting member centers
Nonprofits of any size looking to launch or refresh their online presence
Small businesses that want to establish a clear, professional brand online
Individuals (consultants, speakers, advocates, authors) building a personal brand or promoting their work
If you need help creating a consistent, professional presence on social media — and a system to keep it running smoothly — this package is for you.

Most projects follow a 40–30–30 payment schedule tied to the deposit, first draft, and final draft. Some shorter projects use a 50–50 split. Invoices are due within 14 days.
-
I typically bill through Melio, which enables you to pay via card (with an added 2.9% fee) or ACH transfer (with no fees). However, I can also accept payment through Venmo.
-
Your quote includes the agreed deliverables and up to two rounds of revisions. Significant scope changes—like new sections, major rewrites, or added pages—will be priced separately.
-
If you cancel after work begins, you’ll be invoiced for the portion completed to date. Deposits are nonrefundable.
-
Yes. Nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and individuals in advocacy or public service may qualify for discounted rates. I also offer reduced pricing for repeat projects and ongoing partnerships.
-
You own the final deliverables once payment is complete. Keystone Content may feature excerpts (with permission) in its portfolio.
