I believe high-quality content should be accessible to those doing meaningful work.

That’s why I offer two pricing tiers: low-bono rates for mission-driven individuals and nonprofits with limited budgets, and standard rates for well-funded organizations and established businesses.

This flexible structure helps keep things fair and sustainable—for both my clients and my business. Both tiers benefit from discounted rates for ongoing work, as reflected in the “Series” pricing.

  • Short-form content that fits your tone and audience. Prices reflect a range of 500–1,000 words.

    • Low-Bono: $75–$125

    • Standard: $125–$225

    • Series: $50–$100 each for low-bono clients; $100–$200 each for standard clients

  • Deeper storytelling, research integration, and narrative clarity for print or web. Prices reflect a range of 1,500–2,500 words.

    • Low-Bono: $225–$375

    • Standard: $375–$525

    • Series: $175–$325 each for low-bono clients; $325–$475 each for standard clients

  • Structured, professional analysis or advocacy content that builds authority and trust. Prices reflect a range of 3,000–5,000 words.

    • Low-Bono: $450–$750

    • Standard: $750–$1,250

    • Series: $300–$600 each for low-bono clients; $600–$1,100 each for standard clients

  • Correcting grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Multi-piece projects receive a 10% discount.

    • Low-Bono: $0.03/word

    • Standard: $0.05/word

  • Improving clarity, flow, readability, and consistency. Multi-piece projects receive a 10% discount.

    • Low-Bono: $0.05/word

    • Standard: $0.07/word

  • Transforming a rough draft into a polished, ready-to-publish piece. Multi-piece projects receive a 10% discount.

Strong social media starts with clear visuals and a consistent voice. From launch packages to campaign kits and monthly support, I offer flexible options to help you stay on-brand and visible without the overwhelm.

I also build streamlined Squarespace and Canva sites that balance strong visuals with straightforward navigation—no jargon, no clutter, just content that connects.

  • We’ll work together to craft your visual identity—and bring it to life on social media. Plus, you’ll have follow-up support to keep things running smoothly.

  • The prices below apply to simple Canva or Squarespace websites of up to 6 pages. Larger or more complex builds—or those on other hosting platforms—require a custom quote. In each range, the lower end reflects my Low-Bono rate, and the higher end reflects my Standard rate.

    • Starter site: $750–$1,000. Simple, clean site for small orgs or personal brands (up to 3 pages).

    • Standard site: $1,200–$1,500. Core pages, light SEO setup, and brand integration (up to 6 pages).

    • Website Expansion: $150–$250/page. Adding new page(s) to an existing site, without other structural changes.

    • Website Maintenance: $100–$150/month. Ongoing monthly support for small updates, content swaps, and link or image fixes.

  • We’ll plan and design a cohesive social media campaign that tells your story with clarity and consistency. You’ll get ready-to-post content, reusable branded templates, and visuals that make your message stand out.

    What You Get:

    • 45-minute planning session — message and visual direction

    • 5 campaign-specific posts — graphics + captions, including at least one carousel and text-based reel

    • Temporary banner for social media and matching profile frame/image

    • Editable Canva files for all graphics created

  • We’ll build excitement for your upcoming event with a coordinated mix of graphics, captions, and templates. You’ll have everything you need to create momentum before, during, and after the big day.

    • 4 ready-to-post graphics — save the date, reminder, day-of, and thank-you posts

    • Editable countdown template

  • From registration setup to post-event highlights, we’ll take care of the full promotional flow. Your visuals, event page, and social media presence will all align seamlessly to showcase your event from start to finish.

    • Monthly 30-minute strategy session

    Price: $400/month

  • For organizations that want a true collaborator in their corner. I’ll handle your ongoing social content—from planning and design to posting and analytics—so you can focus on your mission while keeping your online presence strong and consistent.

    What You Get:

    • 20 new branded posts per month — graphics + captions

    • Content scheduling through Buffer

    • Quarterly platform optimization check

    • Monthly analytics summary

    • Monthly 1-hour strategy session

    • Weekly community check-ins — review comments and DMs, flag inquiries, remove spam

    Price: $750/month

    • Standard social media posts: $25 each or $100 for 5. Each post includes 1 graphic (delivered as a JPG or PNG) + a caption. Bundles must be used within 30 days.

    • Carousel posts: $30 each. Up to 10 images (using a single template) + a caption. Add $10 to convert the carousel into a text-based reel.

    • Canva templates: $30 each or $125 for 5. Editable Canva templates for easy, on-brand content creation. Bundles must be used within 30 days.

    • Platform setup: $75 per platform. Branded setup with updated bios, links, and graphics. Bundle Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn setup for $150.

    • Community check-ins: $150/month. Includes weekly review of comments and DMs to remove spam, flag inquiries, and keep accounts tidy.

Whether you bring polished notes, a rough outline, or just ideas, I’ll organize your content into clear, visually engaging materials that communicate your message with consistency and credibility. My flat-rate pricing keeps budgets predictable, while optional add-ons let you tailor the project to your needs.

  • Pricing is determined by presentation length, with each package including a base number of slides and the option to add more as needed. Low-bono and new clients receive a discounted rate, while standard rates apply to ongoing, repeat, or corporate projects.

    • 30-minute presentation: $250 standard ($150 intro/low-bono). Up to 24 slides.

    • 45-minute presentation: $350 standard ($225 intro/low-bono). Up to 36 slides.

    • 60-minute presentation: $450 standard ($300 intro/low-bono). Up to 48 slides.

    • 75-minute presentation: $550 standard ($375 intro/low-bono). Up to 60 slides.

    • 90-minute presentation: $650 standard ($450 intro/low-bono). Up to 72 slides.

    • Copywriting consult: A 30–45 minute session to plan structure and messaging for a brochure, flyer, or other print piece, followed by full copywriting.
